1. Commission Eligibility
Commissions are payable only for successful transactions that meet our qualification requirements. Transactions that are cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or violate our policies are not eligible for commission payments.

2. Commission Rates
Commission rates are determined by JVT Group and may vary depending on the product, service, campaign, or agreement with the agent. We reserve the right to revise commission rates at any time with prior notice.

3. Payment Schedule
Eligible commissions will be calculated and paid according to our standard payment schedule (e.g., monthly or quarterly), provided the minimum payout threshold, if any, has been met.

4. Commission Approval
All commissions are subject to verification and approval. JVT Group reserves the right to delay or reject commission payments while investigating suspicious, duplicate, or invalid transactions.

5. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a customer receives a refund, initiates a chargeback, or the transaction is otherwise reversed, the related commission may be cancelled, deducted from future commissions, or recovered if already paid.

6. Agent Responsibilities
Agents must:

• Conduct business honestly and ethically.
• Provide accurate information to customers.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from misleading advertising, false claims, spam, or unauthorized marketing practices.

7. Prohibited Activities
No commission will be paid for transactions resulting from:

• Fraudulent or fake accounts.
• Self-referrals unless expressly permitted.
• Manipulation of the referral or commission system.
• Misrepresentation of our products or services.
• Any activity that violates these Terms.

8. Right to Modify or Terminate
JVT Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the commission program at any time. Changes will not affect commissions that have already been approved and earned before the effective date of the change, unless required by law or in cases of fraud.

9. Taxes
Agents are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes, duties, or other governmental charges associated with commission payments received.

10. Final Determination
In the event of any dispute regarding commission calculations, eligibility, or payment, the records maintained by JVT Group shall be considered authoritative unless proven otherwise. Our decision regarding commission eligibility and payment shall be final, subject to applicable law.
